It is absolutely STUNNING!!! I was pleasantly surprised when this chandelier arrived, it is made out of solid lumber, and iron.. the wood has the perfect amount of character and distressing..

Carroll by Design is a family owned lighting manufacturer based in Nashville, TN. They “specialize in creating mixed-material hand made lighting where they incorporate a blend of metal, wood, or fabrics for a one-of-a-kind fixture” @carrollbydesign They use all natural woods including poplar, reclaimed barn wood, Rosita walnut, and Plantation teak. They also come in a variety of finishes including blackened, white wash, and/or grey finishes.

We decided to hang this one-of-a-kind chandelier in our front entrance.. I thought this would look amazing in front of our reclaimed barnwood.. but because our ceiling is 18 feet high we had to rent a scaffold to hang it…

Once the scaffold was up, it was really quite easy to hang.. the 70 pound light came with one lag bolt that screws into your support beam above the electrical box.

I just LOVE the look of this Wedgewood Chandelier, from Carroll by Design. It is so well made, (made in America) and it really shows the hand made detail this company has to offer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind light fixture.
